TERMS OF SERVICE
I. GENERAL TERMS
Please write in a clear and nice manner, provide neat references if necessary.
II. PAYMENT
All commissions must be paid in full upfront. I use Stripe (primary) or Paypal (secondary) as my payment processing services. The only currency I accept is CAD. To avoid any confusion or unexpected prices, please make sure to look into the exchange rates before ordering.
III. PROCESS
WIPs will be given for each stage/step of the commission (sketch, lines, colour) or if I need confirmation or advice. I will always show the sketch first to make sure the pose/expression is fine with the commissioner.
My turnaround is can be from between around 2 weeks to a month depending on demand. I have work and college in between commissions.If anything important comes up that will make me unable to provide your finished order within that time i will be sure to let you know. I am always happy to update my customers on the progress of their order, all that's needed is a message. If I don't respond in a timely manner (1 day), don't be afraid to reach out until I do.
IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
I will do everything I can to make my customers happy, however after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made, such as small colouring/marking changes.Any great changes will come with an extra charge. Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely or partially.
Clear references and/or design notes are incredibly helpful for avoiding design mistakes.I am willing to do changes/corrections throughout the process for free but be mindful that I will not tolerate constant requests that could've been made after the first few passes.
V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing. Therefore I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to do the following:Promote myself within any place or site. To display it anywhere to my liking. Post it wherever I want. That being said, if a commissioner wishes to remain anonymous, or would not like me to display it, I am willing to take that into consideration.The commissioner is allowed to do the following:Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use. Claim the right of their character(s). Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to me.The following is considered copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (making money off of it in any way). Taking credit for the creation of the artwork. Removing any watermarks/signatures. Altering the artwork without my consent.If you're looking to use my work commercially, reach out to me about it beforehand.
I forbid my work from being used as NFTs or to train AI generative models, as well as be modified by them.
VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.The client has the right to cancel and ask for a FULL refund as long as I'm not done with the lining phase of the commission. I am happy to offer partial refunds further into the process if a good reason for the cancellation is provided (emergencies, etc.). In cases of full refunds I hold the right to resell or reuse your refunded commission (use it as a base for someone else or myself).If the order has not been paid for yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission at any time.Fraudulent chargebacks will be reported.
ADOPTS & CUSTOMS
VII.RETURN POLICY
You are allowed to return your adoptable up to a week after purchase. With that, you lose all ownership of the character along with any previous work attached to it.
VIII. REDESIGNS/UPGRADES
You have the right to modify the design to your liking, however proper credit for the original concept is still mandatory.
IX. CREDIT
Although you currently own the character and design, i am still its original creator. Make sure to credit me on the character's page (e.g. Toyhou.se) or wherever it may apply. If you decide to stick with the reference sheet I drew, credit for the artwork is also due.
X. PURCHASE
Again, I use Stripe (primary) or Paypal (secondary) as my payment processing services. The only currency I accept is CAD.After payment you will be provided with high quality versions of all art of the character, if more than one apply.If you own a Toyhou.se account the character will also be transferred to your profile through the trading system if a page for it has already been set up, otherwise you are free to add it to your account yourself with me as the original designer (@aecorz).

I will do: mild gore, animals, most mech/robots, monsters, humanoid-ish monsters (e.g. werewolves)I will not do: humans/humanoids (for now), vehicles, NSFW, existing canon characters/fanart
NOTE: my style is semi-realistic. I don't do well with chibi or highly stylized characters.If you are unsure, ask! I will not be upset.
What to include in your inquiry?- A clear & readable ref sheet (if there is more info that isn't included in the reference sheet, make sure to let me know and/or provide a quick sketch if needed)- Information regarding the pose, expression and/or background if applicable- Your email for the payment process (an invoice from Stripe will be sent directly to your email. A 1x1 (square image) icon of your character. You may choose the pixel size (200x200 min - 3000x3000 max).

Designs can be of original characters, animal versions of canon/fandom characters or original characters inspired by canon characters.A basic ref consists of JUST the fullbody & eye details. CUSTOM CREATURE DESIGNS

A custom monster/creature design for your worlds/stories.This includes JUST a fullbody, sketch designs of development of creature (if requested), and a written description/lore of creature (if requested). Additional drawings are +$10 CAD each.Written word can be made to fit inside your world/stories, or it can just be basic without any tailoring.
